Technical measures to ensure safety during power outage maintenance work

in the maintenance work, the staff should clarify the work task, work scope, safety measures, live parts and other safety precautions. (2) the purpose of discharge is to eliminate the residual static electricity on the repaired equipment. The discharge shall be conducted with special wires and operated with insulating rods or switches. Hands shall not be in contact with the discharge conductor. Pay attention to the discharge between wires and ground and between wires. There are many residual charges in capacitors and cables, so it is best to have special discharge equipment

(3) power verification for the lines or equipment that have been powered off, regardless of whether the voltmeter or other signals normally connected to it indicate that there is no power, power verification should be carried out. When checking electricity, the corresponding electroscope should be selected according to the voltage level

(4) after the test of installing temporary grounding wire, the curve can be called out again. In order to prevent accidental power transmission and accidental reverse power transmission of secondary system, and to eliminate induced electricity in other aspects, necessary temporary grounding wire should be installed at the outer end of the repaired part. The installation and removal sequence of the temporary grounding wire must not be wrong. The grounding terminal shall be connected first during installation and then removed after removal

(5) install a barrier. When part of the power is cut off for maintenance, the live part should be blocked to keep a certain distance between the maintenance staff and the live conductor
